  • Cooking Direction: (1) Wash 1lb sliced lotus roots clean, and put them into vinegar water for 10 minutes to remove its bitter taste. (2) Take sliced lotus roots into boiling water with kelp. (3) Put 5 tbsp soy sauce, 3tbsp rice wine, tbsp sugat into the pan and boil. (4) When the soup os boiled and thic, put 3 tbsp black sugar and 3 tbsp starch syrup and boil.
