How to make hot cake
1. Making egg water-Mix 2 eggs in 270ml of milk or water (1 cup and 1/3 cup).
2. Kneading-Put 500g (1 bag) of Ottogi hot cake mix into the dough bowl and pour the egg water from (1) and mix well with a whisk. (You need to add milk or water properly to eat well-swollen hot cakes.)
3. Baking-Lightly apply oil to a skillet heated on a low heat and wipe clean, then pour the dough from (2) into a ladle and bake it for about 3-4 minutes. Bake for another 3 minutes.
4. Finish-If you add Ottogi cake syrup to the baked cake, it becomes more delicious.
5. Applied cooking-You can cook cookies and hot dogs with Ottogi hot cake mix. "
