Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Acidity Regulator (452, 501, 451, 500, 339, 450), Thickener (1400, 401, 412), Antioxidant (307b, 304), Green Tea Powder.

Soup Base:
Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621, 627, 631), Dextrose, White Sugar, Flavour and Flavouring (Pork), Hydrolysed Soya Protein, Yeast Extracts, Soya Sauce Powder (Soya Beans, Wheat, Salt), Garlic Powder, Palm Oil, Onion Powder, Dehydrated Green Onion, Spices, Milk Protein, Thickener (412), Anticaking Agent (551).

Black Garlic Oil (2.6%):
Palm Oil, Flavour and Flavouring (Pork, Chicken), Sesame Oil, Garlic (0.2%), Colour (150a).

This product contains soya beans, peanuts, milk, cereals containing gluten and their products.

Cooking Direction

1. Add noodles into 500ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add soup base into bowl in advance.
2. Remove from heat. Pour hot water into bowl to melt soup base, then add noodles and stir.
3. Finally, add Black Garlic Oil and serve.
