Marutai Nagasaki Style Soy Sauce Ramen, 178 g, 2 servings

Treat yourself to the spectacular flavours of Kyushu with this soy sauce ramen, inspired by Nagasaki’s local ramen varieties. This packet contains enough ramen noodles for two serves, plus sachets of soup and seasoning oil, made particularly special by the addition of flying fish dashi. Perhaps these noodles will make you feel like flying as well?

Background
Nagasaki is located in the North-West of Kyushu island. Kyushu is well known throughout Japan for having the most fertile land and sea, and therefore the highest-quality produce the country has to offer. This makes it unsurprising that so many Japanese food products are inspired by Kyushu flavours.

How To Prepare:

-Bring 500ml of water (for 1 serve) to boil on a stove. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until noodles are at the desired softness.
-Turn off heat and add one sachet each of soup and seasoning oil. Stir through to combine.
-Serve in a large bowl and enjoy while hot! We recommend adding various toppings such as sliced pork, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and spring onion.
