Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Ma Po Tofu 80g

Made from a special blend of chili bean sauce and chili oil. It's easy to use and only requires simple ingredients to prepare an authentic Mabo Tofu dish effortlessly.
Ingredients:
Sugar, soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), water, corn syrup solids, fermented soybeans paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), chili bean paste (chili peppers, broad beans, salt, wheat flour), rice wine (water, rice, wheat), sesame oil, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), caramel color, sesame paste, fish extract (anchovy, salt), salt, ginger, rice vinegar, tomato paste, modified corn starch, soybean oil, dried chili peppers, dehydrated garlic, Sichuan peppers, spices, flavor enhancers (disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5'-guanylate), shallots, xanthan gum, natural flavor.
Allergens:
Soybeans, wheat, anchovy

How to make it
Cut tofu into small cubes. Remove excess water with paper towel. Boil the tofu until cooked through, set aside.
Saute LKK Minced Garlic and LKK Minced Ginger until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
Stir in LKK Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and LKK Chili Bean Sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add water.
Add tofu and simmer over low heat until the tofu absorbs the flavor. Add cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle LKK Pure Sesame Oil before serving.
Garnish with green onions, and it¡s ready to serve.
Tip: Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce may be adjusted to individual¡s taste preference
