Method (Serving for 2-4 persons)：

Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot
Add in 10 bowls of water (about1.5 – 2L water)
Bring the water to a boil.
Add in Chicken or Meat, mushroom for veggie and cook over low heat for 1 – 2 hours.
